Rates:

• Improved lots:                               $ 70.00 Monthly (effective 8/1/24) 

• Unimproved lots:                          $ 33.00 Monthly (effective 8/1/24)

• New Service Connection Fee:      $750.00 (8/1/24) 

• Late Payment Fee Assessment    $  20.00 (8/1/24)

• Lien Filing Fee                               $250.00 Minimum (6/8/26) 

The Board approved offering a one month discount if you pay for the next fiscal year in advance:

                  Improved:          $770.00

                  Unimproved:     $363.00

To take advantage of this discount, you must pay before September 30, 2026

Lien Policy:

The Board adopted a Lien Policy at the May 14, 2026 and June 8, 2026 meetings, for owners who have a bill balance over 90 days.  When a balance is over due by 90 days, the owner will receive a 30 day notice.  If payment has not been received by the end of the next month, the Water Company will initiate filing a lien on the property.

Payment Policies

It is to your advantage to pay the year in advance due to the discount.  If you are unable to do so please stay current with your bill.  All attempts to make payments on time (even partial ones if hardship exists) are greatly appreciated.  Make sure that you contact us to make arrangements if you cannot pay your bill.  If the bill is not paid and reaches a $200 balance without contact being made a lien will be placed on the property.  Upon reaching a $300 balance the water is subject to shut off.  Communication is extremely important.  If you are unable to pay your bill please contact the Treasurer or any other Board Member.
