Rates:

• Improved lots:                             $ 70.00 Monthly (effective 8/1/24) 

• Unimproved lots:                         $ 33.00 Monthly (effective 8/1/24)

• New Service Connection Fee:      $750.00 (8/1/24) 

• Late Payment Fee Assessment    $  20.00 (8/1/24)

PayPal & Venmo:

We do not use PayPal or Venmo due to the high cost of processing payments. Water payments would go up by $10.00/payment due to additional accounting and administrative work.

Zelle:

Premier Valley Bank does not allow Zelle payments into a business account.  In addition, the bank will be dropping Zelle as an option for personal accounts in October 2025.

Right now, the only option is to pay by check. 

Payment Policies

It is to your advantage to pay the year in advance due to the discount.  If you are unable to do so please stay current with your bill.  All attempts to make payments on time (even partial ones if hardship exists) are greatly appreciated.  Make sure that you contact us to make arrangements if you cannot pay your bill.  If the bill is not paid and reaches a $200 balance without contact being made a lien will be placed on the property.  Upon reaching a $300 balance the water is subject to shut off.  Communication is extremely important.  If you are unable to pay your bill please contact the Treasurer or any other Board Member.
