Your Board has been making major system wide improvements

Project: Eliminate Water Flow Dead End 

Installed approximately 200 Feet of 2" PVC pipe on the southwest end of our system.  This installation removed a dead end line allowing water to freely flow through the system and delivering better quality water to the properties on Snyder Ridge and Best Roads


This project was completed in 2022 

Project Cost:  $15,000

Project: Eliminate Last Last Water Flow Dead End

Coordinated with current property owners for a Utility Easement that crosses 2 properties.  This will allow the water company to install additional piping thus eliminating the last dead end line  The utility easement was filed with the County.


This project has not been scheduled.

Project: Replace Well House 4

Completely rebuilt in 2021, the Well 4  location serves as a home for the actual well, expansion tank, and electronics required to start and stop the pump as well as other electronics required to keep our system operational..



Project was completed December 2021

Cost: $8,000

Project: Water Storage Site, Project 1

The first is the plastic/rodent infested building housing the solar batteries and all electronics to track water storage levels and manage solar operations, has been replaced with a rodent proof structure.  


Under contract with Fitz Construction

Estimated Completion March 2024.

Project: Water Storage Site, Project 2

The 2nd project is the replacement pf the rodent infested Master Valve House.

Project: Replace Well House 3

The rodent infested and dilapidated structure, houses the well  expansion tank, and electronics required to start and stop the pump as well as other electronics required to keep our system operational..


The new building will be large enough to house the current Well 3 Expansion Tank and the equipment for a new well

Well 3 Improvement

Project: Purchase Property & New Well

Escrow closed 02/21/2024 on an approximately 6 acre parcel adjacent to our Well 3 location on Hites Cove.    


The property will be used to site a new well needed to respond to new homes and current home demand for water.  This well will also support emergency services.


Property purchase: $48,500

New Well Cost: TBD


The new well has not been budgeted or scheduled
